Megyn Kelly is firing back at Ben & Jerry’s after the ice cream brand launched a woke attack on America on July 4.
This 4th of July, it's high time we recognize that the US exists on stolen Indigenous land and commit to returning it. Learn more and take action now: https://t.co/45smaBmORH pic.twitter.com/a6qp7LXUAE

Ben & Jerry’s Goes Woke – Gets Ripped By Kelly
On Independence Day, Ben & Jerry used its official twitter account to blast the U.S. for existing “on stolen land.”
“This 4th of July, it’s high time we recognize that the US exists on stolen Indigenous land and commit to returning it,” Ben & Jerry’s wrote alongside a link to a post about this.
“Ah, the Fourth of July. Who doesn’t love a good parade, some tasty barbecue, and a stirring fireworks display?” the company wrote in the post. “The only problem with all that, though, is that it can distract from an essential truth about this nation’s birth: The US was founded on stolen Indigenous land.”
Kelly, however, was not having any of it, and she hit back at Ben & Jerry’s on Wednesday’s episode of her podcast.
“The two guys behind Ben & Jerry’s, they sold their company a few years ago for over $300 million but they still hate America,” Kelly said, according to Daily Mail.
“They think it should be a day of atonement for Native Americans, how about no?” she continued. “I love how these people are their own worst enemies. Making their own lives miserable.”

Ben & Jerry’s Hit With Backlash
Kelly is far from the only person to fire back at Ben & Jerry’s, as many social media users have been calling out the brand for going woke, according to Fox Business.
“Long overdue for the Bud Light treatment. You hate the country, fine. We won’t buy your product. All good,” one social media user wrote.
This was a reference to Bud Light losing over $27 billion in market value in the wake of teaming up with the transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney for an ad campaign earlier this year.
“I look forward to the virtue signaling Ben & Jerry’s returning their factory’s land to the Abenaki and Mohican Native Americans that have lived in Vermont for 10,000 years,” another social media user tweeted, with the country music star John Rich adding, “Make @benndjerrys Bud Light again.”
.@benandjerrys should give all their stores to the Native American tribes that originally owned those zip codes. Cmon Ben and Jerry, be leaders. Retweet if you agree https://t.co/5WOzc63IB5

Ben & Jerry’s Previous Woke Comments
This is far from the first time that Ben & Jerry’s has gone woke. Last month, the company announced that it would no longer be advertising on Twitter due to what it described as “hate speech” on the platform since it was taken over by Elon Musk. Ben & Jerry’s said in a post that it had watched the changes Musk brought to Twitter since he bought it last fall “with great concern,” adding that “hate speech is up dramatically while content moderation has become all but non-existent.”
Back in 2021, Ben & Jerry’s was hit with backlash after announcing that it would no longer sell its ice cream in Israel’s “Occupied Palestinian Territory,” referring to the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Did everyone forget .. Ben and Jerry's is and always will be woke. Its not new. Stop buying the products. pic.twitter.com/TbA4qpY2pW

Perhaps it’s time that Ben & Jerry’s is taught the hard lesson that when you go woke, you also go broke. Bud Light has certainly learned that lesson the hard way over the past few months, so Ben & Jerry’s might want to brace itself for some major losses in the weeks to come!
