Fox News host Mark Levin accused the January 6th Committee of having gained access to his private emails and vowed to fight back against the “police state” tactics.
Levin called out former congresswoman Liz Cheney on social media, demanding to know how the committee “acquired 13 of my private emails.”
The radio host noted that the messages were “utterly benign” but gaining access to them constituted an illegal search.
“I did not even become aware of the unconstitutional (and) illegal search of my emails on my computer until the Jan 6 committee informed a lawyer working for Fox,” Levin revealed.
“I intend to get to the bottom of this police-state crap, Liz. Why don’t you and the others just come forward (and) tell me?”
1. NOTE TO LIZ CHENEY
If you are still out there, Liz, please tell me how your committee acquired 13 of my private emails (that were utterly benign, but the way).— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) April 18, 2023
Mark Levin Demands to Know How Liz Cheney Got His Emails
This isn’t the first time Mark Levin has called out Liz Cheney and the January 6th committee for what he defines as an “illegal” search and seizure of what he says are private emails.
In August, he referenced a set of at least 12 emails and challenged the committee to release them. Levin also seemed bewildered at that time as to how they got ahold of the communications.
“I’d love to know how they got them, apart from what’s in them,” he said. “Nobody came to me, I didn’t get a subpoena … How did they get my emails?”

A couple of months later, Levin again spoke of the private emails and threatened to find the staffers on the committee who might have knowledge as to how they were attained.
“How the hell did the federal government get thirteen of my emails?” he questioned at the time. “I never got a subpoena. I was never given notice.”
“I’m gonna find out who every one of these G-D staffers are on that damn committee, every one of those Congress asses on that damn committee,” he added. “Every damn one of them.”
“I’m not gonna be intimidated.”
I wouldn’t expect a response. How much did they do outside of political theatre. They didn’t even watch the tapes. They had underlings do that.

Professor Liz Cheney
Liz Cheney won’t soon be answering Mark Levin’s questions. She’s likely too busy in her new role as a Professor of Practice for the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia (UVA).
It’s a fitting position where she can continue her unhealthy obsession with former President Donald Trump.
“Our students will have an incredible opportunity to learn from Liz Cheney, who has fiercely defended democracy as part of a distinguished career,” UVA President Jim Ryan proudly but falsely claimed.
The reality is that Liz fiercely abandoned every moral fiber she ever had to pursue a false narrative to help Democrats and her own political ambitions.
Is she going to teach the students how to live off daddy’s name and lose by 40 points in a primary? Oh, and I thought she lived in Wyoming?

Cheney’s role at UVA is most likely a placeholder as she takes her crusade to stop Trump national by entering the 2024 presidential race, something she has hinted at in the past.
Running for president “is something that I am thinking about,” she told NBC’s “Today” last August.
