Out: Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” immigration policy.
In: Joe Biden’s ‘Remain in Texas’ immigration policy.
The Los Angeles Times is reporting that multiple officials have advised that the Biden administration is considering forcing illegal immigrants to remain in Texas or other border states while waiting for their court hearings.
The news comes as red-state governors Greg Abbott (Texas) and Ron DeSantis (Florida) have begun trying to alleviate the influx of illegals in their locales by sending them to so-called sanctuary cities.
“The Biden administration is considering forcing some migrant families who enter the country without authorization to remain near the border in Texas while awaiting asylum screening, effectively limiting their ability to travel within the United States,” the Times revealed.

From ‘Remain in Mexico’ To ‘Remain in Texas’
Los Angeles Times reporter Hamed Aleaziz says the potential Biden policy “would force certain migrant families to remain in Texas — or possibly other border states — by tracking their location through GPS monitoring devices, such as ankle bracelets.”
It seems cruel to force illegal aliens to stay in a red state rather than being transported to blue states where they are desired and welcomed with open arms.
It’s also a practical admission that the border, in the mind of the President, isn’t between Mexico and the United States. It’s between red border states and the rest of the country.
Yeah that makes a lot of sense. How about they stay in their OWN country, and immigrate legally, waiting in line like other immigrants?

The plan revealed by officials is that by keeping the illegal aliens in Texas, they will be easier to deport if their asylum claims are found to be faulty.
“Migrant families are generally harder to arrest in the interior of the U.S. because of the complicated logistical planning needed to apprehend children and their parents,” the Times writes.
So this is Biden’s solution? Keep the immigration problem in Texas so he can get the blue state governors and mayors off his back? https://t.co/trtNPNlgAA

Biden Said ‘Remain In Mexico’ Was Dangerous, Inhumane
Implementing a “Remain in Texas” policy is a remarkable move considering President Biden ended the highly successful “Remain in Mexico” policy, creating an influx of migrants into Texas and the remaining United States.
Biden called the policy “inhumane” and “dangerous.”
Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy is dangerous, inhumane, and goes against everything we stand for as a nation of immigrants. My administration will end it. https://t.co/toYzMaPP1Y

Former President Trump put the policy, formally known as the Migrant Protection Protocols, or MPP, in place in 2019.
The policy returned asylum-seekers to Mexico as they waited for their court hearings to take place.
Critics of the Biden administration’s immigration policies have cited repeal of the MPP as a major reason for the surge in illegal immigrants at the border since the President took office.
The Wall Street Journal reported that ending the highly successful policy created an influx of migrants who believed that the move meant the border was set to “reopen.”
Holy crap… “REMAIN IN TEXAS”… Forget moving the goalposts, now Biden is moving the border https://t.co/JzrtFHzc8v

An Axios report indicates that blue state and city officials have been breathing down Biden’s neck over the humanitarian crisis at the border, due mostly to red state governors passing the problem into their so-called sanctuaries.
They called it a potential “political disaster” for the President.
After the burden of the crisis was passed along to hypocritical liberals, they seemingly have had a revelation that maybe – just maybe – 7.2 million illegal border crossings since Biden took office are a humanitarian, fiscal, and security crisis.
Now, instead of responding by reinforcing American border security, Biden’s going to try to keep them caged in Texas.
The Lone Star State is the only border that Biden seems willing to enforce.
Now is the time to support and share the sources you trust.
