MSNBC just snapped a stretch of ratings dominance from Fox News that ran for 120 consecutive weeks, as they beat their rival in both total prime-time viewers and in a key advertising demographic last week.
Mediaite reported that MSNBC saw a surge in their ratings surrounding news of the federal indictment of former President Donald Trump, amassing 1.52 million total average viewers across prime time, 172,000 of which involved the 25 to 54-year-old demographic that advertisers covet.
Fox News’ ratings numbers were very close, coming in at 1.5 million total average viewers and 139,000 demo viewers. But that represents a second-place finish for the week, the first time MSNBC has eclipsed their chief competitor since February of 2021.
And, cue the sad trombone, CNN limped across the finish line with a mere 677,000 total average prime-time viewers and 131,000 in the key demo.
“Fox News averaged 1,504,429 primetime viewers last week, while MSNBC averaged 1,520,857 primetime viewers. Barring a last-second data reporting change, Fox’s 120-week-long winning streak in primetime appears to be over.”

Fox News Takes A Ratings Hit – Tucker Carlson’s Videos Are Doing Just Fine
While Fox News is at the end of bad ratings news seemingly every week, the reason for that collapse continues to do just fine as he produces his own show on Twitter.
The former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who dominated ratings, particularly in the key demographic, has released three videos over the last two weeks that have amassed a total of 205.1 million views.
That number will likely climb, as Carlson just released a new segment discussing the indictment of former President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening.

In his third episode, Carlson delivered a level of truth not found on any legacy media network. He slammed the indictment of Trump as politically motivated, a move due to his resistance to forever wars, but he also took a shot at the Republican’s enablers.
“Whatever else you say about him, Trump is the one guy who actually has a shot at becoming president who descends from Washington’s longstanding pointless war agenda,” he explained. “And for that, that one fact, they are trying to take Trump out before you can vote for him.”
Carlson also took a shot at Trump’s aides who he believes help make him vulnerable to the obvious political persecution he is enduring now.
“They sucked up to him,” he explained. “They ingratiated themselves to a man they intuitively understood was susceptible to flattery, which Trump is, and they did this to subvert Trump’s administration from the inside.”
Boom Once again Tucker goes to the very heart of what we are truly up against; The DC UniParty that has sold the American people out to globalist interests starting endless wars that line their pockets while millions die & regions are destabilized.
Trump could not be bought…

Fox Could Use Those Views
Carlson’s opinions are interesting and Fox News has nobody on their roster currently that can compete with his level of insight. Think they’d take even a portion of those 205+ views to help boost their ratings?
Carlson’s third episode, while being very good, also represents a slap in the face to his old bosses.
Fox sent Carlson a “cease and desist” letter earlier this week and accused him of being in breach of his contract, despite the fact that they fired him.
Fox News is threatening to sue Tucker Carlson if he doesn’t stop tweeting.

Carlson’s lawyer responded to the network’s threat by saying, “Tucker will not be silenced by anyone.”
“He is a singularly important voice on matters of public interest in our country, and will remain so,” they expressed.
It seems that Fox News is learning the hard way that firing Carlson was a huge mistake.
